Gifting stories shaped with intention
Every project begins with a conversation.
And no two stories unfold the same way.
Here are a few moments we are particularly proud of.
1. When subtlety matters most
Executive Christmas gifting across Europe
It started early... in November.
Our client, who works closely with founders and C-suite leaders across Europe, wanted to avoid the usual December rush. But more than that, he wanted something aligned with his philosophy.
Not logo-heavy. Not corporate for the sake of it. Not loud.
The recipients were CEOs and founders in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland — people who already have everything.
Instead of adding more items, we built a story that grounded the recipients through experience. Sensory experience.
Specialty coffee for scent.
Cork and ceramics for tactile warmth.
Beautiful visual elements to slow the eye.
On the lid, a single refined line, expressing the client's philosophy in a single line. Inside, a written story connected every element.
The result wasn't just a Christmas gift.
It was a moment of pause, designed for people who rarely stop.
Delivered internationally.
On time.
Without stress (well, almost).
This project demonstrates our ability to handle executive-level gifting across multiple European countries under time pressure.
2. Innovation, but human
InnoWomen Hackathon. Lisbon
Forty women.
Two days.
AI and HR automation challenges.
The InnoWomen Hackathon in Lisbon gathered professionals focused on improving systems that support people.
The organisers wanted to celebrate the winners with something meaningful, not just generic awards.
We curated Portuguese artisanal pieces that felt rooted and intentional. Handcrafted products. Story-led gift boxes.
Because even in an event centred around automation, appreciation should remain tangible.
The winners walked away with more than boxes.
They carried a piece of Portugal, and a story behind it.
3. Sharing Portugal Properly
International recruitment agency. Lisbon
An international recruitment agency approached us with a clear ask.
They were welcoming global talent to Portugal, and wanted their new recruits to feel it.
Not just hear about Portugal.
Not just read about it.
Feel it. And maybe taste it too.
The brief was simple: create a gift that introduces Portugal in a way that is authentic, elevated and genuinely enjoyable.
We curated a box that celebrated the country without turning it into a cliché.
- Artisanal jams,
- Locally crafted chocolate infused with Port wine ganache,
- Chocolate sardines,
- Beautifully preserved sardines in extra virgin olive oil and a few more things.
Classic Portuguese elements, but refined.
The goal wasn’t novelty. It was experience.
We wanted recipients to open the box and actually taste the country. To smile. To be curious. To enjoy it from every angle.
By the time final approval came through, the timing had shifted.
There was no room for delay.
So we packed the boxes into the car and delivered them ourselves from Porto to Lisbon.
It was intense, and... well, memorable.
But it reinforced something important for us: when we commit to a project, we find a way to deliver.
Because gifting is not just about what’s inside the box.
It’s about how it arrives.
What connects these stories
- Listening deeply
- Shaping meaning before selecting products
- Working with Portuguese producers who care about craft
- Managing logistics so our clients don't have to
- Creating gifting experiences that feel intentional
